At Inside Out Learners, social decoding can be likened to breaking the code of human interaction. It is indeed a valuable skill for understanding how others communicate and experience the world. We draw inspiration from a variety of neurodivergent individuals, including Jennifer Cook O'Toole, Dr. Devon Price, Eric Garcia, Naoki Higashida, and numerous others. Using our unique curriculum design and supplementary materials that affirm neurodiversity, we develop captivating activities that learners find irresistible. These activities are designed to encourage exploration of various topics. Some examples include:

Group dynamics, age ranges, and individual needs are an integral part of planning group sessions. Inside Out Learners currently offers small groups of sessions that run for 55 minutes per week. An intake interview with the learner may be administered before joining a group, which takes 30-60 minutes to complete. Here is our current Summer Semester schedule:
